Update: Подумав и почитав все комменты, я решила поступить проще и написала автору. Получила следующий ответ:
Hi Miu,
It's not a montage at all, the spider is on the lower tummy of the girl, the verticle part is her left leg and just out of frame on the right of the photo is her belly button...I think what makes it hard to tell is that for some reason in this pose her leg has a weird shape...
